Booking Your Vacation
Thank you so much for selecting FIG TOURS and trusting us with your vacation experience. We understand you have options and therefore are grateful for your decision. We will strive to provide you with the best vacation ever and leave you with incredible lasting memories and new friendships.
Please complete the Guest Registration Sheet below and email the completed form to sales@figtours.com or fax to (416) 675-7234. Once you have completed the form and sent it back to us, please log into your paypal account and forward us your deposit. If you choose to attach your deposit payment to your registration form via Visa / Mastercard or Certified Cheque, please indicate so on your registration form.
Once we have received the completed package from you, we will confirm your spot on the tour with an email and a phone call. We look forward to meeting you and making you the newest member of the FIG TOUR family.

Requirements and ProceduresTour riding can present many different riding conditions. This is not a holiday for novice riders or a venue to learn how to properly operate a motorcycle!It is important that guests considering one of our motorcycle holidays are in reasonable physical condition and are accustomed to spending several hours in the seat of a motorcycle. We take the safety of our guests very seriously!Be prepared for temperatures between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius. We recommend that both riders and passengers bring good warm clothing and rain gear. FIG TOURS will provide rain gear if necessary.Our motorcycles are fully insured with a $3000.00 deductible.

Due to the nature of the sport of motorcycling, FIG TOURS takes the following requirements very seriously:
- All riders must have a valid motorcycle drivers license
- A minimum of two years & 10,000km riding experience is required.
- It is highly recommended that both riders and passengers wear a DOT, Snell, or ECE approved helmet, protective eyewear, riding gloves and proper footwear at all times on the motorcycle.
- All riders must be at least 21 years old.
- The use of drugs and/or alcohol is strictly forbidden while riding.
- All riders must be comfortable riding in a variety of weather and road conditions including rain, twisty mountain roads, switch backs and the possibility of gravel or debris on the pavement.
- All riders must be comfortable operating a large displacement modern motorcycle
- Riders with passengers must have prior experience riding in the above mentioned conditions with a passenger aboard.
- All riders must consistently ride within their own skill and comfort levels
BookingA reservation is made in your name once we receive a completed Guest Registration Form and the appropriate deposit.Please be sure to let us know about any special dietary requirements.Payment in full is required 60 days before the start of the Holiday. All guests will have to sign a Liability Waiver before taking the holiday.
Cancellations & RefundsAll cancellations must be followed up in writing either by fax, mail or email at info@figtours.com . Cancellations received more than 60 days before departure will be refunded less the applicable cancellation fee.
