Sin City to Sea is an incredible voyage. We begin our tour in Las Vegas. Our first night together will be comprised of a welcome dinner organized at a local bar / restaurant that will allow you to mingle with the other riders and let loose. We believe that an open comfortable setting makes for a quick introduction to the people you will be spending your trip with. You'll have a chance to eat some great food and have a few drinks to unwind and get yourself settled for the ride ahead. Your first night's accommodation will put you right in the heart of Las Vegas where you can walk to anywhere on the strip. Don't blow all your money the first night, we'll be back here again!

We start off your first morning with a good breakfast and off to pick up our bikes. Everyone will be issued a late model Legendary Harley Davidson Ultra Classic touring motorcycle. If you have a preference for another Harley Davidson model or other type of motorcycle, let us know in advance and we can easily accommodate. The Ultra Classics have become the standard just for their comfort, durability and accommodating design for carrying all your necessities.

Our journey begins heading north through the desert. The views of the desert are incredible with vast sprawling fields of cactus and sand. The mountain ranges in the distance appear to be surreal. Temperatures in the desert can reach as high as 120 degrees Fahrenheit or 45 degrees Celcius in the shade. Remember to bring your sunscreen and plenty of water. As hot as that might sound, it is surprisingly comfortable as you ride along. Along the desert ride, we will stop in locations where you can take some incredible pictures of the mountains with their snow peak mountain tops. Our first day ride will take us approx 300miles to a small town call Ely, Nevada. In Ely we will stay at a local comfortable hotel with casino for those who enjoy the slots. Ely is a unique little town with some interesting history!

Ely becomes our first turn heading west towards the California coast along the "Lonliest Road in America". They're not kidding! We have traveled the 300 some odd mile stretch without seeing a sole. The road is incredible though, with great views of the desert and the odd "dust devil" in the distance. Watch out for the tumbleweed! Lake Tahoe and Reno are up ahead with some of the most beautiful undiscovered roads and vistas. We spend the night here in order to enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe.

San Francisco becomes out next stop and a resting spot for a couple of days where you will take in a San Francisco city tour and the famous Alcatraz penitentiary. A couple of days in San Francisco is a great resting spot. We'll take in some nice dinners and some amazing views. Of course, you are welcome to venture off on your own and explore the city on your own.

Our ride over the Golden Gate bridge will begin our journey down the coast towards Los Angeles. This is considered to be one of the most beautiful roads in the world and we will spend a couple of days enjoying all iys splendor from spectacular vistas to some prestine shopping areas and ocean side roads. 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach and Carmel by the Sea are only a few of the attractions you will experience.

As we approach the southern point of the coastal highway, we will tour famous Hearst Castle before making our way to Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. We will spend a couple of days in Los Angeles living like movie stars. You'll get to walk where movie stars walk during the red carpet walk of the Oscar night and compare your hand and foot prints to those of the stars in Hollywood Blvd and Grauman's Chinese Theatre. You have the opportunity to explore on your own for these 2 days and visit the homes of the stars, shop on Rodeo Drive or just catch some sun on one of the many beautiful California beaches.

Our ride out of California will begin at the Santa Monica Pier and we'll make our way back towards Las Vegas along Route 66, The Mother Road. On Route 66 in California we will stop at:

SANTA MONICA -- We'll start at the Santa Monica Pier where the old road ends or begins! We will visit the Bell-Vue Restaurant from the 1930s and the Will Rogers Plaque in Palisades Park
LOS ANGELES -- The Hollywood Sign and Automotive Museum
MONROVIA -- The Aztec Motel from the 1920's and ride up Foothill Blvd.
PASADENA -- Home of the Mother Goose Pantry restaurant in a shoe
SAN BERNARDINO -- The first McDonald's on "E" Street
VICTORVILLE -- California Route 66 Museum
BARSTOW -- Route 66 visitor center and the El Rancho Motel
DAGGETT -- Old Stone Hotel on SantaFe Street
NEWBERRY SPRINGS -- Bagdad Cafe
LUDLOW -- Ludlow Mercantile / Murphy Brothers Building
AMBOY -- Roy's Cafe from the late 1930's
GOFFS -- Old General Store and School from the early 1900's
NEEDLES
-- The Palm Motel and the El Garces Depot

Our final approach into Las Vegas will take us over the Hoover Dam, a marvel on it's own, and then you will spend your last couple of days in Las Vegas enjoying the site on your own free time. For those that chose to ride some more, there are wonderous areas close to Las Vegas worth exploring.
